My interests are in probability and combinatorics, often motivated by problems from statistical physics, statistics and theoretical computer science. In particular, mixing times of Markov chains, random walks, random permutations and Gibbs measures on trees and random graphs.
Aug 2016 – Present: Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, University of Delaware.
Aug 2012 – Jul 2016: Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, University of Delaware.
Feb 2011 – Jul 2012 : Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Department of Statistics, UC Berkeley.
2009 – Jan 2011: Postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
2007 – 09 : Visiting Neyman Assistant Professor at the Department of Statistics, UC Berkeley.
2007: PhD in Algorithms, Combinatorics and Optimization, Georgia Tech. My advisors were Dana Randall and Eric Vigoda.
I am on sabbatical.
